The Glucocorticoid Toxicity Index Metabolic Domains (GTI-MD) is an abridged version of the parent Glucocorticoid Toxicity Index (GTI), which is now deployed in 20 disease indications in 80 countries across the world. The GTI-MD uses an easy to measure, highly-quantitative subset of domains to measure change in steroid-toxicity over time. These domains correlate highly with the parent GTI, and may be deployed easily in settings beyond clinical trials, including large datasets and patient use.
