By accessing the website at http://Steritas.com (together with any subdomains thereof, and any applications, features, and information made available thereon, the “Website”), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. As used herein, “you” or “your” means a user of the Website. These Terms govern your use of the Website and any Materials. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Website or the Materials. The Materials and other information contained in this Website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Steritas may change, modify, suspend, or discontinue in its entirety or any aspect of the Website at any time.

Any unauthorized use terminates the permission granted by Steritas.

Materials License:  Subject to Section 2, Steritas hereby grants you permission to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on the Website that Steritas has intentionally made available to you (the “Materials”) for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: modify or copy the Materials; use the Materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Website; remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the Materials; or transfer the Materials to another person or “mirror” the Materials on any other server. 6. Accuracy of Website or Materials: The Website and the Materials appearing on the Website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Steritas does not warrant that any of the Website or the Materials on its Website are accurate, complete or current. Steritas may make changes to the Website and/or the Materials contained on its Website at any time without notice. However Steritas does not make any commitment to update the Website or Materials.

7. Links: Steritas has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Steritas of the linked site. Use of any such linked site is at the user’s own risk.

9. Governing Law: These Terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.

11. Injunctive Relief. You acknowledge that the rights granted and obligations made hereunder to Steritas are of a unique and irreplaceable nature, the loss of which will irreparably harm Steritas and which cannot be replaced by monetary damages alone so that Steritas will be entitled to injunctive or other equitable relief (without the obligations of posting any bond or surety) in the event of any breach or anticipatory breach by you. You irrevocably waive all rights to seek injunctive or other equitable relief and agree to limit your claims to claims for monetary damages (if any).

12. Statute of Limitations. You and Steritas both agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Website or this Agreement must be filed within ONE (1) YEAR after such claim or cause of action arose or will be forever barred.

13. Trademarks: Steritas GTI, Steritas pGTI, SteriTox, and other marks indicated on the Website are trademarks of Steritas in the United States and/or other countries. Other Website graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and product names are trademarks or trade dress of Steritas. Steritas’s trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Steritas’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Steritas. All other trademarks not owned by Steritas that appear on the Website are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Steritas.
